"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

My Approach
I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative, respectful, and grounded in genuine human connection. My approach integrates several evidence-based frameworks, shaped by what works best for each individual.
You are the expert on your own life. I provide a supportive and collaborative space for you to find the answers that are as unique as you are.
Drawing on CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches with real therapeutic backing.
I welcome and affirm clients of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. I especially enjoy working with the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, as I see this work as participating in the healing of these historically oppressed groups — an honor I hold with great care and commitment.
I provide comprehensive, clinically rigorous forensic mental health evaluations for individuals navigating the immigration system. These assessments are used in legal proceedings to document psychological harm, support narratives of trauma, and demonstrate the impact of potential deportation or family separation.
All evaluations are conducted with a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens recognizing the unique barriers, fears, and experiences of immigrant and mixed status community members
Important: As an evaluator, I maintain an objective clinical role and do not provide therapy to evaluation clients. Evaluations are forensic services — all disclosed information relevant to the report must be included per legal and ethical standards.
